The Melrose store is the only store that does same day rentals. Same day reservations online are available until 2 hours before close. (Monday-Saturday 3pm and Sunday 1pm) Please call after these times for same day reservations. (781-462-2365)
Boston, Cambridge, and Hanover Massachusetts locations have pickup and drop-off available with a 2 business day notice.
When are rentals ready for pick up?
Melrose rentals are guaranteed for pick up by 11am of the requested pickup date.
Boston, Cambridge, and Hanover Massachusetts rental pickup customers will be notified via email and or phone call when their reservation is ready.
How much notice needs to be given to place a rental reservation?
Melrose: Same day is available 9am-5pm Monday through Saturday and Sunday 11am-4pm.
Boston, Cambridge, and Hanover Massachusetts: Reservations need a two (2) business day notice for pick up.
What if I need to cancel my rental?
Rental reservations will need to be canceled 24 hours before pick up via email or phone call.

What is the delivery charge to pick up in Boston and Cambridge, MA?
A flat fee of $10 will be charged to the rental customer for pick up in our Boston and Cambridge.
What is the delivery charge to pick up in Hanover, MA?
A flat fee of $18 will be charged to the rental customer for pick up in our Hanover location.
Note: There is no delivery charge for Melrose pick up.
Do you ship rentals direct to customers?
